We want you to love your Sand Cloud gear as much as we do, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and products are unwashed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
